About Us

Baraé Khanom, meaning 'for the women of class' in Persian, combines the elegance of traditional Persian craftsmanship with unique contemporary designs. With meticulous consideration taken towards colour, cut, and fabric, each piece from the design house is a work of art that presents its own story and can form an integral part of every Khanom's closet.

The label is the brainchild of Alishia Khan Khattak, who is the brand's Creative Director. Deeply influenced by her Persian heritage, Alishia brings her strong understanding of both classic and modern techniques to each creation. For her, every woman is a woman of class. Every woman is a Khanom.
